Mat Pilates

Room temperature: warm

A mindful mat Pilates class that builds core strength and stability through controlled, intentional movement. Options are offered to support all bodies and experience levels. Some classes may use various props to enhance, support, or add more resistence. Props may include, but are not limited to; resistance bands, light weights, or pilates balance balls. 

Hot Yoga Fusion

This class fuzes the mindful, intentional, breath centered movement of a classic yoga practice with the core and muscle strength of mat pilates, then adding in foundations for functional strength and mobility. Building strength through the entire body through controlled, intentional movements.  Yoga fusion starts low with some gentle warm ups, then focuses on really engaging the core strength, including abdominal, lower back, hip and glute muscles, with the body of the class allowing for a variety of different movements from yoga, pilates and other mat based movements. Every class ends with a well earned savasana. 

Slow and Steady Yoga

In this strength and mobility focused class the emphasis is on moving the joints and engaging the muscles in a way that helps us to participate in activities and move with more ease through everyday life. Mindful movement meant to be useful, supporting the overall wellness and mobility of the individual. Using a variety of dynamic, strength and stabilizing movements and inviting in curiosity about what movement and mobility feels like in your body. Empowering you to tune-in and feel your practice to support long-term functional wellness. Slow, strong, somatic, and functional! This class is for every body and encourages you to be curious, intentional, open-minded, and joyous about moving your body!

Sunday Sanctuary & Aromatherapy

Sunday Sanctuary is your weekend reset. This class includes gentle movement, guided by your own inner wisdom, intuition and curiosity. Care for the emotional and energetic body through conscious rest, positive affirmations or mantras, guided imagery or meditation and restorative postures leaving time for deep relaxation. This time spent caring for you allows for nervous system rest and resilience. Sunday Sanctuary is a blend of gentle yoga movements, pranayama, mantra, yoga philosophy, restorative postures, and meditation, come with an open mind and heart. Aromatherapy is optional, a weekend reset is (almost) guarenteed Give yourself the gift of deep caring for you!

Chair Yoga

Room temperature: cool to warm.

A supportive yoga practice designed to help enhance and improve strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness. Movements are adaptable and can be practiced seated or standing, using the chair for support. Supportive and accessible. 
We have studio chairs for chair Yoga, however a mat is helpful so your chair does not slide around, and for anyone who would like to begin or end class in savasana, lying, or a seated posture on the floor. 

Restorative Yin

Room temperature: cool to warm

A slow, grounding practice focused on deep release and nervous system regulation. Postures are held for longer periods and supported with props to encourage relaxation, mobility, and gentle opening of the body.

This class emphasizes stillness, breath, and mindful awareness, offering a quiet space to unwind, restore, and reconnect. Suitable for all bodies, with options provided for comfort and ease.

Gentle Yoga

Room Temperature: Cool to Warm

Gentle yoga starts in either seated or savasana relaxation. Your instructor will guide you through a variety of seated and standing postures to feel more easeful in the body. Gentle yoga is beginner friendly, and appropriate for most bodies. A great way to connect to breath, slow down, and reconnect to the body.

Yin Yoga

Room Temperature: Cool to Warm

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style focused on deep stretches held for long durations(minutes), targeting deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints with the intention to help to increase or improve flexibility, mobility, and energy flow. Yin emphasizes stillness, patience, and releasing tension in the body's deeper layers, often using props for support.

Hot Yoga freedom Flow

Prepare to get sweaty! Yoga flow is a dynamic style of class meant to connect breath to movement, while transitioning from one posture to the next. Freedom flow includes a mix of longer held postures, dynamic transitions, and always ends in savasana with a cool cloth! Variations and modifications offered throughout class, take what works, leave what doesn't. Start where you are.

Barre

Barre class is a high intensity, low impact workout that blends Pilates, yoga and ballet into one workout. Barre uses a variety of bands, small weights, and/or pilates balls. If you want to wear shoes, please bring clean indoor shoes. There is absolutely no outside shoes permitted in the studio space. Thank you for helping us keep our studio a clean environment.

Hips Hammies & Restore

A warm yoga class for those tight hips and hamstrings. Beginning with some gentle warm ups and stretching, and moving on to various seated, knelling or standing postures to target range of motion, flexibility, release tension, as well as reducing lower back pain. This class utilizes a variety of postures, props, and movements all in a warm room under infrared heat. The class ends with supported restorative postures to foster deep relaxation, preparing the mind and body for a restful sleep.

Deep Stretch & Yoga Nidra

This class starts with some gentle long held poses to release any physical tension in the body, and to help find a state of relaxation. Then you will be guided through a yoga nidra guided meditation practice. Yoga Nidra is the Yogic sleep, a rhythmic guided meditation for deep relaxation. It can help to lower stress hormones, improve sleep, and foster over all wellbeing. The combination of gentle stretches and Nidra can give a profound sense of calm and relaxation in both body and mind.
