Meet the Team
Melissa Isaak
Studio owner/Space holder RYT-200
Hi, I’m Melissa — the owner, space holder, and creative force behind In Bloom.
I created this studio with the belief that yoga and movement should meet you where you are — not ask you to be more flexible, more spiritual, or more anything before you begin. I encourage you to show up as your true, authentic self, no special clothing or accesories needed. I strive to hold spaces that are always human first, that center curiosity, intention, and the full human experience. I am passionate about creating spaces that feel inclusive, grounding, and human; where you can feel supported and empowered.
My classes are rooted in functional strength, somatic experience, mobility, and mindfulness, with options offered throughout so every body can move in a way that feels supportive and empowering. I value sustainable practices that meet you as you are today, not yesterday you, or future you. I’m especially passionate about helping students feel grounded in their bodies, build confidence, and leave feeling steady rather than depleted.
I teach and lead from a place of listening — to breath, to sensation, and to the needs of the people in the room. This studio is meant to feel welcoming, safe, and human: a place where you’re encouraged to move with intention, rest when needed, are given full autonomy to make choices for you that allows for trust in yourself.

Pilates Instructor
Leah Pollard
Hi, I’m Leah — Your Pilates Guide to Strength & Balance. I am passionate about helping people discover what their bodies are truly capable of. As a dedicated Pilates instructor, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and confident moving in your own body. I believe movement is for everyone, and should feel empowering and accessible. I bring a warm, encouraging approach to every class. For me, Pilates is about more than just physical fitness—it's about finding the magic in movement to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and discover your potential. A strong body supports a healthy mind. Pilates focuses on functional movement designed to support and enhance everyday life. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to take it up a notch, I’m here to help you move with confidence, strength, and joy.

Yoga teacher
Stephanie Pasceri
Hi! I’m Stephanie and as a yoga teacher, I believe yoga should feel accessible, supportive, and welcoming for every body. For that reason, I sought trainings that emphasized inclusivity, choice, and body awareness. I understand that each person arrives on their mat with a unique story and I aim to create classes where students feel supported rather than pushed.
I’m certified in both Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. My classes focus on gentle exploration, mindful movement, and creating a calm space where students can move at their own pace, rest when needed, and connect more deeply with themselves. It is my goal to help people feel more at home in their own bodies.
Yoga Instructor RYT200 & Reiki Practitioner
Vanessa Chiriaco
Yoga first came into my life over 20 years ago, but it wasn’t until the last 7 years that it became a regular practice and a true anchor for me. What began as a way to manage stress slowly grew into something much deeper, especially after the passing of a parent. Yoga became a place to land, listen inward, and move through life with a little more softness. I completed yoga teacher training as a way to deepen my own practice and trust my intuition more fully- not because I had it all figured out, but because I was curious. Along the way, I became certified in Kundalini Yoga, restorative yoga, and reiki. All my classes blend all of these influences into a practice that’s grounding, nurturing, and sprinkled with a little magic. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my hope is that you leave class feeling more spacious, supported, and wrapped in loving energy. My classes are an invitation to slow down, soften the edges, and remember that we don’t have to rush through life- it’s ok to take a moment just for you. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, all-bodies-welcome spaces. Yoga isn’t about flexibility or looking a certain way; it’s about presence, self-connection, and honouring the body you’re already living in.

Stacey Rey Acosta
Namaste, I'm Stacey Rey Acosta, mother of 5 in a biracial union, walking the path of intergenerational healing with my family. After facing significant health challenges in 2013, I dove deep into cellular health, studying how our cells, human nature, and ancestral patterns shape our well-being. I explored cellular health, yoga, reiki, bodytalk, trauma resolution, nutrition, pemf and embodied healing to name a few – uncovering simple yet powerful tools that transformed my life, my family, and now, I'm here to share them with you. With 25+ years of experience blending psychology-infused movement practices, from competitive gymnastics and cheerleading to yoga, psychology, and trauma-informed coaching, I blend East & West, ancient wisdom & modern science. I'm certified in advanced yoga, NLP, hypnosis, reiki master teacher, and trauma therapy, creating safe spaces to cultivate presence, regulate your nervous system, release tension, and detox from unhealthy lifestyles. My approach weaves together multi-modalities to provide total health for the whole you; body, emotion, mind, and spirit. With humour, vulnerability, and grace, I'll guide you to embracing the beauty of your unique path.
