Studio Etiquette and Policies

-Please arrive to your first class 10-15 minutes prior to start time to get a quick tour and ask any questions you may have.
-Pre-registration is strongly recomended. If there are no participants registered two hours before the start of class, the class may be subject to cancellation. Minimum participants to run a class is 3 registered participants.
-Please use good hygiene when attending the studio, especially for hot classes that can increase very strong smells. We are not a fragrance free zone, but do be sensitive that others may be very scent sensitive.
-Only bring what you need to class. You may bring personal items of monetary value into the classroom, and place on a shelf at the back, however please be mindful that we do have limited space. please try to remember to turn devices to vibrate or silent.
-If you use any studio props please make sure to put them away at the end of class, we have sanitizing spray avaiable.
-If you receive a cold cloth please make sure to put them in the basket provided at the end of class.
-If you are feeling unwell, please choose to stay home.

We encourage you to use our online booking system to register for classes you would like to attend. We are open for walk ins, but pre registration helps us to know how many participants will be attending.
If you are unable to attend a class you are registered for please make sure to cancel your booking no less than two hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will be considered a late cancel and will be subject to a $10 no show fee on unlimited passes, and the loss of one pass on class packs.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. If you are less than 10 minutes late to class you may still be able to attend if we have desk staff. For any classes without secondary staff, the door will be locked for the safety of participants, instructors, and belongings.

There will be a minimum participant for all series, workshops, or special events. Should there not be enough registered participants to run, a full refund will be issued.
Should you need to cancel registration in a series, workshops, or special event we require at least 48 hours notice for a full refund, minus a 20% administration fee. There are no credits or refunds on cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
If we are hosting a special event or workshop from visiting facilitators, they may be subject to their own policies. Please make sure to review policies when registering.

All appointments must be paid in full when booking. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel an appointment please give 48 hours notice. Rescheduled appointments with notice will receive a credit for the service or treatment selected. Cancelations with 48 hours notice will be subject to a 20% administration fee and receive a credit on account. Cancelations without 48 hours notice will not receive a credit or refund.

Absolutely! We love to invite new people into our space. We have a wide variety of classes to suit people of all fitness levels. If you are unsure please reach out by email or talk to one of our team members.

Please feel free to wave your instructor over, or for less formal classes just ask the instructor. We would much prefer to answer any questions and increase confidence in our students.

-Yoga mat(we do have communal mats if you forget your own)
-Water bottle (we do have water in studio and cups if you forget your own)
-Yoga towel for hot classes
-Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We encourage all members to wear what brings joy. We do have a change room, and 2 washrooms for changing if you would like to bring a change of clothing.

If you are unsure if a class is suitable for you, please contact us and we can help find a class appropriate for you. Please follow guidance of doctors and medical professionals. We encourage autonomy of students attending classes, and trust that you know your limitations and needs better than we do. We will do our best to provide modifications and alternatives, however please feel free to adjust and modify as needed for your own body.
If you are pregnant you may attend most yoga classes with small modifications, however we do not recommend hot classes. Watch for prenatal classes in the future!

We love to have children join us! Children over 8 can attend all warm and room temperature classes, but not hot classes, with an adult guardian. Teens over 16 may attend hot classes with parental consent.

We have an open door policy during all classes. We do ask that should you need to leave during a class that you limit any disturbances to other students. We wish for you to remain for the entire class but understand that emergencies happen.
